Description	:	BRISTOL — Elizabeth Marx, 94, Bristol, died Friday, Oct. 26, 2007. Funeral services will be Friday in St. Anthony's Catholic Church at Bristol. Burial will be in the Bristol Cemetery. Visitation will be in the Coester Funeral Home. She was born Oct. 21, 1913, in Rochester, Minn., to George and Agnes (Kriech) Dohman. She was raised in the Sisseton area. She attended rural country school in Roberts County until the eighth grade. Following school, she worked for several area farm families. Visitation will be in the Coester Funeral Home. She was born Oct. 21, 1913, in Rochester, Minn., to George and Agnes (Kriech) Dohman. She was raised in the Sisseton area. She attended rural country school in Roberts County until the eighth grade. Following school, she worked for several area farm families. July 21, 1933, she married Edward Marx in St. Anthony's Catholic Church at Bristol. They made their home on a farm west of Bristol until 1965 when they moved into Bristol. Her husband died in 1977 and she moved into Sun Dial Manor in 2005, where she was currently residing. She was recently crowned Bristol's 125th Centennial Queen. She enjoyed needlework, making wedding cakes, entertaining and doing various crafts, especially during Halloween, which was a very special day for her. She was a member of the St. Anthony's Catholic Church Bristol and was an active member of the St. Anthony's Altar Society, the Bristol Cemetery Board and various others. In addition to her husband, she was preceded in death by two sons. Survivors include three sons, Jim (Pat) Marx of Bristol, Duane (Charlene) Marx of Rapid City and William Marx of Rapid City; three daughters, Margaret (Robert) Mallett of Brookings, Patricia (Larry) Wein of Omaha, Neb., and Janice Kruse of Bedford, Texas; 38 grandchildren; 50 great-grandchildren; eight great-great-grandchildren; three brothers Herbert (Catherine) Dohman of Sioux Falls, Leslie (Carol) Dohman of Groton and Richard (Lorraine) Dohman of Aberdeen; and four sisters, Dorothy (John) Gerding of Littleton, Colo., Berdeen Coody of Groton, Elaine (Ray) Reinhardt of Stillwater, Minn., and Mary Ann Thompson of Groton.
