Elizabeth Donnel married Paul Funston on June 6, 1846, in Clark County, Ohio. The date of death on Elizabeth's gravestone is February 26, 1914, and in keeping with findagrave regulations to use the date on the stone, that is the date I am using on this memorial. Cook, at Huntly, Montana, on February 22 at the age of 89 years, arrived in Ottumwa this morning and was immediately taken to the Sullivan undertaking parlors. Private interment will take place tomorrow morning at 10 o’clock at Shaul cemetery beside her husband who preceded her 31 years years. The remains were also accompanied by a daughter, Mrs. A.O. Hayden, of Indianola.
