She received her primary education at Kimball and a bachelor of science degree in education from Hastings College. She had been a resident of the Nelson Good Samaritan Center in Nelson, since Aug. 1989. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four sisters, Laura Overton, Mary Overton, Frances Fuller and Evaline Morrow, and a brother, Fred Overton. She is survived by nieces and nephews, other relatives and friends. Funeral services will be today (Thursday) at 11:00 a.m. from Nelson Community United Church of Christ in Nelson, with Rev. Royce Buchtel officiating. Burial will be in the Nelson Cemetery. Klawitter-Price Funeral Home of Nelson is in charge of the arrangements. Superior Express, Thursday, August 11, 1994
