Description	:	Elizabeth Harnsberger Baughan, 97, of 7 Jamison Road, Luray, died Saturday, July 2, 2005 at MontVue Nursing Home in Luray, where she had been a resident for three days. Mrs. Baughan was born April 25, 1908 in Luray and was a daughter of the late Edwin Clement Harnsberger and Lida Elizabeth Hayman Harnsberger. She graduated from Luray High School in 1925. She was active in community affairs for many years and was a member of Luray United Methodist Church, Circle 1, the John Rhodes Chapter of the DAR, founding member of the Tuesday Night Supper Club, and a long-standing member... Read More	Elizabeth Harnsberger Baughan, 97, of 7 Jamison Road, Luray, died Saturday, July 2, 2005 at MontVue Nursing Home in Luray, where she had been a resident for three days. Mrs. Baughan was born April 25, 1908 in Luray and was a daughter of the late Edwin Clement Harnsberger and Lida Elizabeth Hayman Harnsberger. She graduated from Luray High School in 1925. She was active in community affairs for many years and was a member of Luray United Methodist Church, Circle 1, the John Rhodes Chapter of the DAR, founding member of the Tuesday Night Supper Club, and a long-standing member of the Luray Garden Club. On November 27, 1935, she married George Lowell "Hop" Baughan, who was a founder of Baughan Construction Co., Inc. in Luray and active in many local, regional and state public affairs. Mrs. Baughan is survived by two sons, Lowell B. Baughan and Peyton B. Baughan; and a daughter, Ann Baughan Baukhages, all of Luray; six grandchildren, Stuart Baughan, Benjamin Baughan, Patricia Mickus, George Baughan, Rick Baukhages and William Baukhages, and 11 great-grandchildren. Besides her husband and parents, Mrs. Baughan was preceded in death by two brothers, William C. Harnsberger and Robert C. Harnsberger; a sister, Frances H. Perrin; and two sons, Robert William Baughan and Stuart H. Baughan. A funeral service will be conducted 11 a.m. Wednesday, July 6, 2005 at the Bradley Funeral Home in Luray by the Rev. Douglas Martin. Burial will be in Beahm's Chapel Cemetery, east of Luray. Friends may register at the funeral home 8 a.m. Tuesday.
