On February 12, 1916 Elizabeth Jane Nauman was born at the farm home of Bernard and Effie Nauman southwest of Frankfort, Kansas. She attended school at the Auld School and at the age of eight she moved with her parents, brother and sister, to Frankfort, Kansas where she attended grade school and high school, graduating from the Frankfort High School with the class of 1935. Read More	Frankfort, Kansas, Index Thursday, January 6, 1972 Elizabeth Jane Clark departed from this life at the Community Memorial Hospital in Marysville, Kansas on Wednesday, December 22, 1971 following a long illness. On February 12, 1916 Elizabeth Jane Nauman was born at the farm home of Bernard and Effie Nauman southwest of Frankfort, Kansas. She attended school at the Auld School and at the age of eight she moved with her parents, brother and sister, to Frankfort, Kansas where she attended grade school and high school, graduating from the Frankfort High School with the class of 1935. She worked at the local telephone exchange for several years following her graduation. She was a member of the Methodist church during the earlier years of her life and chose to join the Catholic church later. She was untied in marriage to William Patrick Clark at the Annunciation Catholic Church in Frankfort on April 26,1943. They lived in Biloxi, Mississippi where her husband was stationed while he was in the Coast Guard. Later they moved to their farm home southeast of Frankfort, Kansas. To this union two sons were born, William Patrick Clark and Michael Kent Clark. The family moved to Frankfort in 1957 where they still reside. Elizabeth Jane loved nature and took much pride in her flowers and garden. She loved her home and family. Her father, Bernard Nauman preceded her in death. She leaves to mourn her passing, her husband, William Patrick Clark, her son, William Patrick and wife Ramela; her son, Michael Kent Clark; her mother, Effie Jane Nauman, her brother, H. Kent Nauman; her sister, Verda VanDorn; four sister-in-laws, and several nieces and nephews. Funeral services were held at the Catholic Church in Frankfort, December 24, 1971. Burial was in the St. Joseph's Cemetery, at Lillis,Kansas.
