Description	:	The passing of Mrs. Elizabeth Jansen Mason of Kimberly, Idaho, from coronary thrombosis May 38th was a sad shock to relatives and friends here. The day after her arrival here by plane to attend the funeral of her brother, Henry W. Jansen, Mrs. Mason had a heart attack and was taken to the Grossman Hospital, Orange City where another attack early Thursday morning caused her death. Jansen, Mrs. Mason had a heart attack and was taken to the Grossman Hospital, Orange City where another attack early Thursday morning caused her death. Mrs. Mason was born at Alton June 9, 1883 and was nearly 76 years of ago at the time of her death. She attended the local school and was married August 12, 1903 to Jacob M. Mason. Two children were born to the union - Maxine, Mrs. Russell C. Larsen and Ted C. Mason, both of Kimberly, Idaho who survive their mother, together with Mr. Mason and six grandchildren, one sister, Mrs. Myron Mason of Alton, and one brother, Ben Jansen of Kimberly. She was preceded in death by a daughter, Marian, one sister and three brothers, Mrs. H. (Lottie) Riedeman, Al Jansen, John E. Jansen and Henry W. Jansen. The family had lived for some years in Idaho, where Mrs. Mason was a member of Chapter 82, Order of Eastern Star at Twin Falls, past president of the Pioneer Club and past 1st vice president of the Federated Clubs of Idaho. She was a member of the Mountain View Club and the Methodist church at Kimberly, where she had a host of friends, both there and in Twin Falls. Funeral services were held Friday at the Van Etten funeral home in Orange City, Rev. Ralph S. Meyer, pastor of the Alton Reformed Church, officiating. A solo "Sunrise" was sung by Mrs. Harvey Hofmeyer. Pallbearers were nephews: Dr. C.R. Mason of Akron, Bert Jansen, Jim Jansen, Harold Jansen, John Fennema, all of Alton, Waldo Brink of Estherville. Mrs. Russell Larsen (Maxine Mason) and two children arriving from Kimberly and Ben Jansen, who had accompanied MRs. Mason here for their brothers Henry's funeral, remained for the rites for his sister. Burial was in Nassau Township Cemetery. Mrs. Mason's parents, the late Mr. and Mrs. E.J.
