Description	:	Elizabeth "Liz" Wold, age 77, of West Fargo, ND, died July 1, 2009 at Innovis Hospital in Fargo, ND. Funeral services will be conducted at 11 AM, Tuesday, July 7, 2009 at Epworth United Methodist Church in Valley City, ND with Rev. Dan Bader officiating. Visitation will be from 4 PM until 7PM Monday at the Lerud-Johnson-Schuldt Funeral Home and one hour before services Tuesday at the church. Interment will be in St. Catherine's Cemetery at Valley City, ND. Liz was born Sept. 22, 1931 at Edgeley, ND, the daughter of Floyd and Elizabeth (Lawrence) Cofell. She graduated from Montpelier High School in June of 1949. On Nov. 15, 1951, she was married to Melvin Reis. The couple made their home at Eckelson, ND until 1973 and then moved into Valley City. Melvin died on May 9, 1982 and on May 20, 1983 Liz was married to Donald Wold at Valley City. Liz and Don made their home in Valley City, Bismarck, and Riverdale, ND and Coolidge, AZ before returning to ND and presently living in West Fargo. Liz was a devoted wife and mother who loved cooking for her family and loved their dog, Sarge. Liz is survived by her husband, Don and her eight children: Margaret (Tony) Berdahl, Anchorage, AK, Melvin (Debra) Reis, Champlain, MN, Cathy Brier, Hazen, ND, Elizabeth "Betty" (Howard) Olson, Oriska, ND, Steven (Pam) Reis, Page, ND, Roman (Michelle) Reis, St. Louis, MO, Mary Jane (Reid) Wilson, Emerado, ND, and Karen (Earle) Gaking, Bismarck, ND; 23 grandchildren, 6 great-grandchildren; 3 brothers, William (Lorraine) Cofell, St. Joseph, MN, Arthur (Judy) Cofell, West Fargo, ND, and Eugene (Luetta) Cofell, Gilby, ND; 2 sisters, Edith Brady, Woodburn, OR and Lois Scouten, Eckelson, ND. She was preceded in death by her first husband, parents, and brothers, Gordon and Marvin.
