On October 6, 1814, she was married to Thomas Campbell Henry (1790-1877) of nearby Henry’s Knob, York County, a soldier in the War of 1812 against England. Elizabeth and Thomas Henry were the parents of at least three children: (1) Emeline (7/1/1817-1/9/1864) m. William McGill, his second wife; (2) Isabella Carroll (1819-10/19/1854) m.
