Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery at Jamestown, ND. Elizabeth Frank, daughter of Michael and Caroline (Miller) Frank was born October 2, 1911 at Wishek, ND. She grew up in Wishek and received her education in the Wishek schools. Elizabeth was united in marriage to Gilbert A. Albert on August 6, 1932 in Edgeley, ND. They made their home in Wishek for three years before moving to moving to Edgeley in 1935 where they lived until 1951 when Gil was transferred to Jamestown, ND. Gilbert died in October of 1991. Since May of 1992 Elizabeth made her home in Wishek. Elizabeth is a member of St. Luke Lutheran Church of Wishek where she was a member of the Miriam Circle. She was involved for many years as an active volunteer for her church in Jamestown and in Wishek. She was a member of the Telephone Pioneers and the Hug a Bear Promotion in Jamestown. Elizabeth enjoyed playing cards and games, reading, and working with the quilting group at church. Her faith and her church were very important to her. While having no children of her own, she had a close and loving relationship with her many nieces and nephews. Elizabeth died Friday, January 24, 2014 at the Wishek Living Center, Wishek, ND. She was 102 years old. Elizabeth is survived by her sister, Irene Bower, and her many nieces and nephews. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, four brothers, Peter, Chris, Henry and John Frank and two sisters, Martha Volden and Lydia Skaret.
