Description	:	Urbana - October 27, 1883 Yesterday the remains of Peter and Elizabeth Offenbacker, grandparents of Mr Perry Offenbacker, were removed from the old Offenbacker farm three miles east of St Paris, to Myrtle Tree Cemetery. At the same time, the remains of two children of Andy Offenbacker, one child of Isaiah Offenbacker, and a child of Eli Brickers, were removed to the same place. At the same time, the remains of two children of Andy Offenbacker, one child of Isaiah Offenbacker, and a child of Eli Brickers, were removed to the same place. The place from whence they were removed was the burying ground on the farm of Peter Offenbacker which his family used about 50 years ago. The body of Mrs Offenbacker was petrified and was a solid stone. Her remains were interred in the grave 34 years ago. This is an unusual occurence and sometimes happens in good limestone soil.
