Funeral services will be held Thursday of this week at Albion. Central City Nonpareil, NE, Thursday, Nov 5, 1931, p.3 Elizabeth Pearl Eschliman, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. J. T. Eschliman, was born Feb 8, 1922, at Albion, Neb., and died at Columbus hospital Oct 27, after and emergency operation for ruptured appendix. She was a motherly, lovable child, her greatest concern being the welfare of her young brother and sister. One of her most cherished treasures was a New Testament given to her by Rev. Mr. Primrose, as a reward for learning books of the Bible and 23rd Psalm. She leaves to mourn her early departure her parents, five sisters and seven brothers. Rev. Primrose of St. Paul conducted services, assisted by Rev. Stevens. Interment made at Albion cemetery. Her parents now reside near Fullerton, but formerly lived near Central City and have here many friends and relatives. The Albion Argus, Albion, NE, Nov 5, 1931, p.3:5 Bessie M. Bell was at O. W. Bell's for Sunday dinner. Mr. and Mrs. Bell had attended the burial services at Rose Hill for Elizabeth Pearl Eschliman, age 9, daughter of Mrs. Bell's brother Jack Eschliman, of Fullerton. She died at St. Mary's hospital in Columbus following an operation for a ruptured appendix.
