In about 1792, she married Jacob Efird in the Old Dutch Buffalo Creek Meeting House in Cabarrus County, North Carolina. They had eight children, George, Mary, Martin, Jacob John, Daniel, Solomon, Sarah, and Elizabeth. They were prominent citizens in their community. They are both buried in the Efird Family Cemetery in Oakboro, Stanly County, North Carolina.
