A native of Greer she was the wife of Marvin Knighton of 60 years and the daughter of the late John and Nellie Mae Watson Quinn. She was a member of Duncan Church of Christ and was a retired hair stylist. A native of Greer she was the wife of Marvin Knighton of 60 years and the daughter of the late John and Nellie Mae Watson Quinn. She was a member of Duncan Church of Christ and was a retired hair stylist. She was beloved a wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister, Survivors also include three sons, Derrell Knighton and wife Ann; Ricky Knighton and Marty Knighton and wife Anna; a daughter, Pamela K. Jennings all of Wellford; 7 sisters; 1 brother; 9 grandchildren; 11 great-grandchildren and 3 great-great-grandchildren. She was predeceased by two brothers, John Quinn, Jr. and Charles Quinn, and one granddaughter, Misty Green. The services will be held at 2:00 p.m. Thursday at the Duncan Church of Christ with Ministers Jon Mitchell and Joe Van Pelt officiating. The family will receive friends from 1:00 to 2:00 p.m. prior to the service. The interment will be in the church cemetery. Memorials may be made to Spartanburg Regional Hospice, 120 Heywood Ave, Spartanburg, S.C. 29303. The family is at the home. The Stribling Funeral Home Duncan, S.C.
