Description	:	Ella Arlene Teeple Wedeking, age 88, of Clarksville, Iowa, was born the daughter of Henry Calvin and Susan Adella (Thomas) Teeple on November 13, 1926, in Greene, Iowa. When she was 12, after her parents died, she lived with her sister, brother-in-law and niece, Elsie, Roy and Janice Krambeer. Arlene graduated from Greene High School in 1944 and was a clerk at Klassi Hardware in Greene until her marriage. Arlene was united in marriage with Herbert Neal Wedeking on May 19, 1946. Read More	Ella Arlene Teeple Wedeking, age 88, of Clarksville, Iowa, was born the daughter of Henry Calvin and Susan Adella (Thomas) Teeple on November 13, 1926, in Greene, Iowa. When she was 12, after her parents died, she lived with her sister, brother-in-law and niece, Elsie, Roy and Janice Krambeer. Arlene graduated from Greene High School in 1944 and was a clerk at Klassi Hardware in Greene until her marriage. Arlene was united in marriage with Herbert Neal Wedeking on May 19, 1946. They farmed south of Clarksville. Arlene helped with the farming and enjoyed bottle feeding their deer fawns. Arlene and Neal moved into Clarksville in 1993. Arlene was an active member of Unity Presbyterian Church, rural Clarksville. She was a member of the Ladies Aide and taught Sunday School for many years. Arlene especially enjoyed cooking and baking for family and friends who dropped by at the farm. Arlene always enjoyed attending the Buffalo Association meetings with Neal. In her later years, Arlene suffered from Alzheimer’s. Arlene passed away Monday, June 29, 2015, at Clarksville Skilled Nursing and Rehabilitation Center of natural causes. She was preceded in death by her husband, Neal; one son, Bruce Wedeking on July 28, 2013; one granddaughter, Amy Heine; her parents; one sister, Elsie Krambeer; five brothers, Carlton, Charles, Francis, Clarence and Max; two siblings in infancy, Ansel and Helen. Funeral Services will be 10:30 a.m. Thursday, July 2, 2015, at the Unity Presbyterian Church, rural Clarksville, with burial in the Lynwood Cemetery in Clarksville.
