Read More	Peck, Ella D 1869 - 1927 B4 L34 --------- Ella Dora Warner was born in Buchanan county, Iowa, July 11,1869. When eight years old she moved with her parents to Cherokee county, near Quimby and has lived there ever since. She married Samuel Cline and two children were born to them. They are Glenn Cline of Cherokee and Grace Kulhlman of Lake Field, Minn. She married Charles Peck April 4, 1908, and two children were born to this union. They are Fern Russell of Marcus and Floyd at home. She became a member of the Methodist church when a small girl and remained a member the rest of her life. She died June 5, 1927, at the age of 57 years 10 months and 20 days. Other relatives who survive her are four sisters: Mrs. V. P. Smith of Holstein,, Mrs. Mary E. Bouge of Shedron, Neb., Mrs. Chas. Whitney of Salem, Oregon, and Mrs. Jane Folsom of Kettle Falls, Wash; a brother, John E. Warner of Correctionville; ten grandchildren and the following stepchildren: Mrs. Cora Rupp of Adrian, Minn., Mrs. Nettie Woltman of Cleghorn, Ben Peck of Anthon, Wm. Peck of Washta, Sherman Peck of Cherokee, Corwin Peck of Washta, and Henry Peck of Cherokee. Those from out of town who were here for the funeral were: Mrs. Irene Carstensen, Mr. and Mrs. Will Kuhlman and family of Lakefield, Minn., Mrs. Jim Ennis and daughter from Hartley, Mr. and Mrs. John Warner of Correctionville, Mr. and Mrs. Will Rupp from Adrian, Minn., Mr. and Mrs. Ben Peck of Anthon, Mr. and Mrs. Corwin Peck of Washta, Mr. and Mrs. V. P. Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Oscar Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Vere Smith, Mr. and Mrs. Ed McCannon, Mr. and Mrs. Clarence McCannon, Mr. and Mrs. Ed Cline, Mrs. Phil Cline, all of Quimby; and Mr. and Mrs. Raymond Warner of Washta. Funeral service's were conducted at the house seven miles west and 3 3/4 south of Cherokee, on Tuesday, June 7, at 2 o'clock, with Dr. J. J. Bushnell in charge.
