Description	:	DIED: Ella Lucelia Bridgman nee Reed was born in Londville, Massachusetts, September 7, 1855. Here she was reared and educated and here she made her peace with God, and united with the Congregational church. Her life ever afterward was one of constant communion with God, so that now after she is gone, the Christian people are led to exclaim: "Mrs. Bridgman was a beautiful Christian character." Read More	DIED: Ella Lucelia Bridgman nee Reed was born in Londville, Massachusetts, September 7, 1855. Here she was reared and educated and here she made her peace with God, and united with the Congregational church. Her life ever afterward was one of constant communion with God, so that now after she is gone, the Christian people are led to exclaim: "Mrs. Bridgman was a beautiful Christian character." In Frank O. Bridgman, she found a man of like mind with herself. He was a Godly man, full of the Holy Ghost. With him, she joined hands and heart on the 21st day of February, 1876, and the next day they came to Nebraska to seek their fortune. They settled on a farm northeast of Fairmont, where they lived until death. Four children were born to them, three daughters and one son. One daughter died when six years of age. Those living are Mrs. Hattie Lefler and Chester D. Bridgman of Fairmont and Mrs. Maud Johnson of Dorchester. Mrs. Bridgman died in the afternoon on the 17th of June, 1908, at the age of fifty-two year, nine months and ten days. The funeral services were conducted at the family residence by Rev. A. Lemkan of the Congregational Church Friday afternoon at 2:30, and was largely attended by her many friends and neighbors. Interment was made in the Fairmont Cemetery.
