She was a daughter of the late William Brian Kirby and the late Mozelle Allen Kirby, and was the widow of the late Olen H. Gause. Mrs. Gause was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Coward. She was most deeply dedicated to her family. Read More	Ella Mae Kirby Gause COWARD - Mrs. Ella Mae Kirby Gause, 94, passed away peacefully Thursday, April 21st, 2011. Mrs. Gause was born in Scranton on December 19th, 1916. She was a daughter of the late William Brian Kirby and the late Mozelle Allen Kirby, and was the widow of the late Olen H. Gause. Mrs. Gause was a member of St. Paul United Methodist Church in Coward. She was most deeply dedicated to her family. Mrs. Gause loved spending time cooking, feeding, and taking care of her children, grandchildren, and great-grandchildren. She was a loving and caring wife, mother, grandmother, and great-grandmother who will be deeply missed by those who knew and loved her. Mrs. Gause's surviving family includes her daughter, Jane G. Jordan (Willie), of Coward; her two granddaughters, Karen J. Ward (Buddy), of Lake City, and Lisa J. Geddie (James), of Lake Dallas, Texas; her five great-grandchildren, Jordan Ward Stack (T.J.), of Sumter, William Ward, of Lake City, Samantha Locke Goodwin (Lance), of Wichita, Kansas, and Ashleigh Locke, David Geddie, and Mary Elizabeth "Meg" Geddie, all of Lake Dallas, Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Mrs. Gause is preceded in death by her two sisters, Juanita Morris and Louise Hewitt. Funeral services for Mrs. Gause will be held today at three o'clock p.m., Saturday, April 23rd, 2011 in St. Paul United Methodist Church. Burial will follow the services in the St. Paul United Methodist Church Cemetery. Brockington Funeral Home, Lake City, is in charge.
