| Description | : | Ella, daughter of Herman and Dora Dittman Harder, was born June 13, 1902 at Ponca. On February 27, 1924, she married Herman Ehlke at Martinsburg.The couple farmed near Ponca, moving to a farm at Laurel in 1942. They retired 1970 and moved into Laurel. Ella was a member of the United Luthern Church. Survivors include three daughters; Mrs. Wayne(Dorothy) Anderson, of Croften, Mrs. Ed(Delores) Carroll, of Wayne, and Mrs. Bob (Ella Mae) Cleveland, of Winside; fifteen grandchildren; thirty three great-grandchildren; and two great-great grandchildren.
