Description	:	Ella (Prince) Jones Obituary Mrs. Ella Prince Jones, wife of Mr. J. Frank Jones of Gresham, South Carolina, and daughter of Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Prince of Horry County was born July 4, 1884 and died December 24, 1915. Mrs. Frank Jones was the mother of six children, three of whom preceded her to the grave. In early life she united with the Baptist church near her home, but later became a member of the Pee Dee Baptist Church at Gresham, of which she remained a consistent and beloved member until her death. Mrs. Frank Jones was the mother of six children, three of whom preceded her to the grave. In early life she united with the Baptist church near her home, but later became a member of the Pee Dee Baptist Church at Gresham, of which she remained a consistent and beloved member until her death. After the funeral services conducted by her pastor, Rev. G. T. Gresham, assisted by Rev .D. D. Jones of the Centenary Circuit, on the afternoon of December 25th , her body was laid to rest in the "Souls Chapel" cemetery near Gresham. She leaves her husband, Mr. J. Frank Jones and three children Laurie Prince Jones, Hallie Jones, and John Mayo Jones, with her father and mother, Mr. and Mrs. R. M. Prince, and two brothers and five sisters, Mr. W. H. Prince and Master R.M. Prince Jr., Mrs. G. W. Tindal, Mrs. D. W. Oliver Jr., Sadie Prince and Annie Prince of Socastee and Mrs. E. E. Glanz of Gastonia, N.C., besides a host of friends to mourn their loss. A loyal friend, an affectionate wife, a loving mother, an earnest Christian, she has gone to her reward, to await the Resurrection morning. Published: Horry Herald January 20, 1916
