Anderson, who passed away at the home of her daughter Mrs. Ida Ellingson Monday evening, were held at the home at 1:30 o’clock and at 2 o’clock at the Lincoln church on Thursday afternoon. The pastor, Rev. M. B. Quill, officiated, assisted by Rev. D. C. Jordahl of Decorah. Interment was in the cemetery adjoining the church. On Dec. 4, 1879 she was united in marriage to Lars P. Anderson who preceded her in death on Jan. 26, 1908. To this union six sons, Peder, Henry and Fred of Ridgeway, Severt and Edwin of Bison, S.D., and Rev. Anton Anderson of Toledo, Ohio, and three daughters, Mrs. Ida Ellingson of Ridgeway, Mrs. Emma Esperseth, who preceded her in death on Feb. 20, 1928 and Mrs. Leon (Elsie) Qualley of Fredericka, Iowa, were born. Besides the children she is survived by six brothers: Edland Albertson of Bemis, S.D., Eddie Albertson of Watertown, S.D., George, John and Eric Albertson of Ridgeway and Henry Albertson of LeRoy, Minn., and three sisters, Mrs. Mary Hopperstad of Cresco, Mrs. Emma Thompson of Spillville and Mrs. Tena Koepke of Aberdeen, S.D. One brother, Mr. Albert Albertson and one sister Mrs. Gertrude Johnson preceded her in death. There are 17 grandchildren and seventeen great grandchildren. Much sympathy is extended to the family in the loss of a kind and loving mother and to the brothers, sisters and the many friends who will miss her greatly.
