He was born April 15, 1915, in Augusta, the son of Arthur W. and Bessie M (Collins) Decker. He was educated in the schools of Farmington, Falls. He was born April 15, 1915, in Augusta, the son of Arthur W. and Bessie M (Collins) Decker. He was educated in the schools of Farmington, Falls. In his younger years he worked for The Box Shop Co.and at Ma- comber Wood Mill. In 1959, he be- gan to work for the Forster Manufacturing Co. in East Wilton, where he worked until his retire- ment in 1978. He enjoyed huntingand fishing. He resided with Alice Johndro for over 40 years. He is survived by two sons, Kendall Decker of Portland and Timothy Decker of West Farming- ton; three brothers, Cyrus Decker of Farmington, Elgin Decker of Dryden and Orland Decker of Farmington; two sisters, Annette Libby of Farmington and Luzena Gilman of Norridgewock; seven grandchildren. Three brothers died previously: Carroll, in 1963, Alford in 1982 and Arthur, in 1987. Funeral services will be 2 p.m. Monday at Adams Funeral Home. 3 Court St. with Rev. John Tol- man officiating. Internment will be in the Porter Hill Cemetery.
