Macon Chronicle-Herald, Macon, Missouri, 17 Jan 1952, Thu • Page 1, Column 7 OBITUARY OF ELMER BURNETT YEOMAN Funeral services for Elmer Burnett Yoeman (sic) of Clarence, were held Saturday, Jan. 19, at Centery Street Methodist Church in Clarence conducted by the Rev. A. V. Renfro. Burial was in Maplewood cemetery. Yeoman was born Feb. 4, 1882, in Friend, Nebr., the eldest son of of Mary E. and Isaac S. Yoeman (sic). He died Wednesday, Jan. 16 of a heart attack. A few years later the family moved to Atwood, Kan., where they lived until 1903 when they came to Missouri and settled on the farm which Mr. Yeoman was operating at the time of his death. On Oct. 8, 1905, he was united in marriage to Madye Roebuck and to this union three children were born, two of which survive, Juanita Roy of Kansas City and Leola Huntsberry of Cameron. His wife, one son and three sisters preceded him in death. He was married 1936, to Jane Perkins of Macon, who survives. He is also survived by two brothers, Maurice of Colorado Springs, Colo, and Isaac S. of Kansas City, and three grandchildren, Frank K. Roy, III, of Kansas City, Howard Yeoman Huntsberry and Pamela M.
