Services will be at 10 a.m. Thursday at St. Joseph Catholic Church In Le Mars with Rev. Dale George officiating. Burial will be at Calvary Cemetery In Le Mars. Mr. Singer was born Nov. 7, 1912 at Remsen, Iowa, the son of Urban and Kathryn (Bentz) Singer. He married Evelyn Schiltz on Aug. 20, 1935 at Remsen. She died Jan. 6, 1973. He was a carpenter. Mr. Singer was a member of St. Joseph Catholic Church In Le Mars. Survivors include three sons, Bill Singer of Le Mars, Ronald Singer and his wife, Lorna of South Sioux City, Neb. and Steven Singer and his wife, Debra of Dakota City, Neb.; a daughter, Dorothy Falk and her husband, Robert of Scottsdale, Ariz.; 22 grandchildren (redacted); 40 great-grandchildren; two brothers, Merlin Singer and his wife, Lois of Le Mars and Herb Singer and his wife, Elvira of Monrovia, Calif.; two sisters, Viola Hoffman and Florence Diediker and her husband, Don, all of Le Mars.
