He was born June 2, 1930, in Atkins, the son of Alis Clyde and Vollie Gail McVay Deal. He was a member of Oakland Heights Assembly of God Church and a retired farmer. (Marilyn) Deal of Atkins, Clyde Deal, Jr. of Tulare, CA., 2 sisters, Betty Duvall of Morrilton, Martha Kobb of Atkins, 4 grandchildren, Robert Vickers, Randy Vickers, Alicia Johnson and Kimberly Dobbs, 3 step grandchildren, 3 great grandchildren and 2 step great grandchildren, and a host of nieces and nephews. Funeral Service will be at 2:30 PM, Saturday, December 8, 2012, at Oakland Heights Assembly of God Church in Russellville. Burial will be at Atkins City Cemetery Visitation will be 6:00-8:00 PM on Friday at Lemley Funeral Home. Pallbearers are Robert Deal, Jimmy Deal, Scott Deal, Billy Deal, Stan Smith and Rickey Leach.
