Description	:	Mrs Elnora Parker, 70, a long time resident of Anita, passed away Saturday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock at her home here following a stroke which she suffered on the day before. Mrs Parker had been bedfast since her first stroke on February 25 1936.. Elnora Belle Alden was born in Anita on March 21 1871, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Juliana Alden. Read More	Mrs Elnora Parker, 70, a long time resident of Anita, passed away Saturday afternoon at 3:45 o'clock at her home here following a stroke which she suffered on the day before. Mrs Parker had been bedfast since her first stroke on February 25 1936.. Elnora Belle Alden was born in Anita on March 21 1871, a daughter of the late Lloyd and Juliana Alden. With exception of a few years spent in Kansas when a child, she had spent her entire life in Anita. She was united in marriage to W T Parker on April 07 1893. Four children born to this union, one dying in infancy. Mr Parker passed away April 5 1936.. Mrs Parker is survived by three daughters, Mrs Mildred Brendel of Anita, Mrs Earl Cox of Atlantic, and Mrs E M Smith of Cheyenne Wyoming. One brother, Morry Alden of Stuart and several grandchildren are also left to mourn her death.. Funeral Services were held Tuesday afternoon at 2:30 o'clock at the Long Funeral Home in Anita and were in charge of Rev Arthur V Long, pastor of the Methodist Church. Music for the service was furnished by Mrs Joe Vetter and Mrs Geo O Smither, with Mrs Eric Osen at the piano. They sang, "Under His Wings" and "Beautiful Isle". Interment was made in Evergreen Cemetery with Cal Darrow, Homer Kirkham, Clyde Falconer, George Biggs, Elmer Vahn and Harvey Birk acting as pallbearers..
