She married Gilbert England Sr. who was lost in the 1964 flood; his body has never been recovered. Eloise was raised on Birch Creek and attended schools in Chiefallover, Upper Birch Creek, Cut Bank Boarding School, Chemawa, Oregon, and Flandreau, South Dakota, through grade 12. Eloise was active in many clubs and organizations including the Planning Committee of Heart Butte Elementary, High School and Clinic Planning; Financial Committee of St. Anne's Catholic Church; member of Governor's Advisory Council on Aging; Local Circle of Hope Cancer Support Group; JOM and Title IV Heart Butte; served on Blackfeet Revolving Credit Committee, Cursillo. She was preceded in death by her parents Tom and Mary Hall; her husband Gilbert England Sr.; her daughter Margaret Ann Augare; sisters Phyllis Buel, Marlene Hall and Lorraine Hall; brothers Lee Patrick Hall and Tom Hall Sr; grandsons Barney and Cole Augare, and Justice Osborne. She is survived by her six children, three sisters, a brother, 15 grandchildren, 48 great grandchildren, and 6 great-great-grandchildren.
