Description	:	Mrs. Eloise Anderson Little passed away at the age of 81 on Sunday, August 7, 2011 in the Haven Hospice of the Suwannee Valley following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Jennings Anderson and Blanche Inez Parnell. She was born on August 21, 1929 in Delray Beach, Florida but had been a resident of Columbia County for many years. Read More	Mrs. Eloise Anderson Little passed away at the age of 81 on Sunday, August 7, 2011 in the Haven Hospice of the Suwannee Valley following an extended illness. She was the daughter of the late Ralph Jennings Anderson and Blanche Inez Parnell. She was born on August 21, 1929 in Delray Beach, Florida but had been a resident of Columbia County for many years. She had been employed in several different occupations including being a waitress, a bus driver for the Columbia County School System and had worked with the battery plant in Alachua, Florida for twenty-one years prior to retiring. She was a very loving wife that partnered with her husband Finley to build the family farm over the years where they lived and prospered. She had a tender heart for animals and enjoyed growing and caring for her flowers. She was an excellent cook and loved to serve her family. She was an active and faithful member of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints. She served the church diligently in many callings. During her time of need her family was able to repay the love and kindness that Mrs. Little was able to instill in them through her love and example. They all contributed to her well being and comfort in her last days. She was preceded in death by five siblings, a son-in-law, David S. Douglass Sr.; a grandchild, Stephanie June Little and two great-grandchildren, Jaylynn Douglass and Eli Mason Little. She will forever be remembered as a loving mother to each and every one of her family members. Mrs. Little is survived by her husband of sixty-three years, Finley J. Little; her four children, Sharon Evon Timmerman (David); Steven Finley Little; Mark Anthony Little (Gail Lee) and Caroll Lynn Douglass. They have fourteen grandchildren, thirty-one great-grandchildren and one great-great grandchild. Funeral services for Mrs. Little will be conducted at 3:00 P.M. on Wednesday, August 10, 2011 in the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints (located on Old Country Club Road) with Bishop Jeffro Thomas officiating. Interment will follow in the Pleasant Grove United Methodist Church Cemetery (located on Hwy 47 South). The family will receive friends in the chapel if the Dees-Parrish Family Funeral Home from 6:00-8:00 Tuesday evening. In lieu of flowers the family requests that memorial donations be made to the Haven Hospice of the Suwannee Valley, 6037 U.S. Highway 90 West, Lake City, FL 32055.
