He passed away on Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Byrd Regional Hospital in Leesville, LA. Mr. Nash was a native and lifelong resident of Vernon Parish. He was employed by Boise Cascade in DeRidder as a crane operator for 29 years. He enjoyed hunting, fishing, cooking & eating and he also enjoyed his cattle and traveling. His family, friends and church were his life. He was very creative and inventive and was good at repairing and tinkering. He is survived by his wife Iris Faye Nash of Leesville; son, Marvin Dale Nash of Port Barre, LA; daughter, Cheryl Gay Vincent of Leesville; grandchildren, Evelyn, Pamela, Christopher & Jamie and great grandchildren, Ashlie, Damaien, Alexis, Jayce and Eben. Services wereunder the direction of Labby Memorial Funeral Home of Leesville.
