Description	:	Mrs. Albert Jensen whose maiden name was Elsie Rasmussen, was born in Denmark, January 26, 1862, and died at her home in Blair, Nebraska, Sunday, September 7, 1924, at the age of 62 years, 7 months and 12 days. She came from Denmark in 1880. She was married June 5, 1883, to Albert Jensen in Beatrice, Nebraska. She was the mother of seven children, three of whom: Charles, Roy and Andrew died in infancy. She came from Denmark in 1880. She was married June 5, 1883, to Albert Jensen in Beatrice, Nebraska. She was the mother of seven children, three of whom: Charles, Roy and Andrew died in infancy. Surviving are her husband, Albert Jensen of Blair, and four children: Wm. K. Jensen of Nelson; Mrs. Herbert Ferebee of Nelson; Ole Jensen of Blair; and Dewey Jensen of Sioux City. Mrs. Jensen lived in Gage county (sic) for six years, Nuckolls county (sic) for twenty-one years and in Washington county (sic) for thirteen years. Her health had been failing for the last fifteen years and she had been bedfast for the last five weeks. She became a member of the Danish Lutheran church at an early age, of which she was a faithful follower up to the time of her death. Funeral services in Nelson were held at the home of Mr. and Mrs. T.T. Kauffman, close friends for many years, and conducted by Rev. Vincent R. Beebe of the Nelson Methodist church (sic). A goodly company of friends of the family wre present to pay a last tribute of love and respect. The body was laid to rest in the Nelson cemetery (sic).
