The couple made their home in Norfolk where Elvera displayed her talents through her painting, quilting, and beautiful flowers." She was survived by her husband, Richard, of Norfolk, 1 son and his wife, 2 daughters and their husbands, 1 step-son and his wife, 1 step-daughter and her husband, 1 sister and her husband, 13 grandchildren, 17 great-grandchildren, and 2 great-great-grandchildren.
