Mrs. Crouse had been in ill health for several years and had lived in Laurel with her daughter since last June moving here from her home in Roundup, She was born Feb. 9, 1885 in Montevideo Minn, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Nelson. Mrs. Crouse had been in ill health for several years and had lived in Laurel with her daughter since last June moving here from her home in Roundup, She was born Feb. 9, 1885 in Montevideo Minn, the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Peter Nelson. She married H. T. Rodeberg in 1904. Mr. Rodenberg passed away in 1913. She came to Montana three years later in 1917 to reside at Roundup where she married Dr. S. A. Crouse 17 years later in 1934. Dr. Crouse preceded Mrs. Crouse in death in 1953. Mrs. Crouse was a member of the Lutheran Church Jewel Chapted No 48 OES in Roundup, the American Legion Auxiliary in Roundup and the Round- up Rebekahs. Survivors in addition to Mrs. Foote are one son, Hubert Rodeberg of Bozeman. one brother John Hendrickscn of Montevideo, Minn., two sisters Mrs. 0. P. Mjumes of Montevideo, Minn. and Mrs. Hannah Crandall of Alexandria, Minn., a granddaughter Mrs. Vern Robertson of Shelby and great-grandson Kelly Robertson. Settergrens Funeral Home was in charge of arrangements. The funeral was conducted from Settergrens Chapel and burial was in Mountain View Cemetery. The brother John Henrickson of Montevido was in Laurel to attend his sister's funeral.
