Description	:	Mrs. Emma Miller wife of Paul J. Miller, died at 4 p. m. on Tuesday at her home at Fairview after 10 or twelve years of poor health. She would have been 74 years old if she had lived until the 10th of July 1931. Bedfast for four weeks before the end, she was paralyzed two weeks ago. Her sister, Miss Ellen Moyer aged 80 an inmate of the Miller home, w as paralyzed in the same week and died on April 1st. Mrs. Miller is survived by her husband, to whom she was married over fifty years ago, two sons, Melvin Miller near Spring Farm and Oscar Miller of Buckstown, Pa. and one sister, Mrs. Joseph Zirkle, north of Luray. She was a daughter of George Moyer, deceased, of Beahm's Gap, this county. Her deceased brothers and sister were Ambrose Moyer, of Washington, D. C., William Moyer of Springfield this county, Mrs. James Shenk of York, Pa., Mrs. Ben Shenk of Falling Waters, W. Va., Mrs. Bettie Griffith of Washington, D. C. and Mrs. Will Alther and Miss Sarah Moyer of near Kimball, Page County. A member of the Lutheran Church from early years, Mrs. Miller was generally esteemed. She was buried at Morning Star Wednesday afternoon, her pastor, Rev. A. L. Boliek, conducting the service. All of the members of the immediate family and many relatives and friends were present.
