Description	:	Ensign Abel married Rebecca Terry, Sept 16, 1691 in Springfield, Mass. Abel and Rebecca had 13 children: 4 born in Springfield, MA and 9 born in Lebanon, CT where they moved about 1700, maybe following Rebecca's father, Samuel Terry, and thus avoiding the Indian raid in Springfield, July 26, 1708 that killed Abel's mother and sister-in-law. Several of Abel's brothers & sisters followed him to CT before and after 1708.
