Deceased was born at FonduLac, Wis., Sept. 19, 1866, and with his parents came to Hull, Iowa, 12 years later. In 1887 the family moved to a farm south of Hutchins. Surviving are the widow, two daughters, Mrs. Oscar (Dora) Johnson and Mrs. John (Rose) Smith and a son William E. with whom the parents lived for many years. There is also a niece Mrs. Jesse Hill of Algona who was reared in the Titus home as their own daughter. Also surviving are four grandchildren and three great grandchildren. Funeral services will be held Thursday afternoon, Dec. 29, at 1 o'clock at the Osman funeral home at Britt, and at 1:30 at the Britt Free Evangelical church with Rev. E. Walter Lindgren in charge. Burial will be in the Britt cemetery.
