Graveside services for family and friends will be held at 1:00 p.m., Friday October 28 at Mitchellville Cemetery, Mitchellville, Iowa. Erik was born on October 31, 1979 in Des Moines. He graduated from SE Polk High School and lived in Mitchellville and Monroe, Iowa most of his life. Erik worked as a truck driver and also in construction. He was preceded in death by his infant brother, Ronald and grandfather, Wallace Cooper. Memorials may be given to his family to benefit the education of his daughter, Charlotte.
