Teddy was born April 30, 1948, in Des Moines, the daughter of Robert and Roselle Mae (Wynn) Borrall. She graduated from Des Moines Tech in 1966. On May 27, 1994, Teddy was united in marriage to Donald Yazel in Colfax. She had worked the last 25 years for Prairie Meadows, recently retiring in December of 2020.
