Description	:	Esther Naomi Buracker, 78, of Luray, died on Wednesday, Sept. 23, 2009, at Page Memorial Hospital. She was born on Aug. 12, 1931, in Luray and was a daughter of the late William R. Alger and Sudie May Walters Knickman. Mrs. Buracker was a member of the Antioch Independent Bible Church. On March 17, 1971, she married David Junior Buracker, who survives. Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, John Robert Alger Sr. of Stanley, and Robert Leroy Alger of Luray; a sister, Pearl Mae Harr of Luray; two brothers, Cecil Virgil and William Robert Alger Jr., both... Surviving in addition to her husband are two sons, John Robert Alger Sr. of Stanley, and Robert Leroy Alger of Luray; a sister, Pearl Mae Harr of Luray; two brothers, Cecil Virgil and William Robert Alger Jr., both of Stanley; one grandson who was raised in the home, John Robert Alger Jr. of Shenandoah; and one great-grandchild. A funeral service was conducted on Saturday, Sept. 26, at the Bradley Funeral Home by the Rev. Aldine Pence. Burial was in the Beahm's Chapel Cemetery in Luray.
