Description	:	Coon Rapids Enterprise October 3, 1919 Mrs. Frank H. Hastings died at the Lutheran hospital, Des Moines, Monday night. She was operated upon about ten days before and then again day or two before her death, her case being a most serious one, there being combination of ailments. Her remains were brought home Tuesday evening. The deceased was a lovable woman, greatly devoted to her husband and children, and her death brings sorrow into many homes. Her remains were brought home Tuesday evening. The deceased was a lovable woman, greatly devoted to her husband and children, and her death brings sorrow into many homes. It is peculiarly sad in that three small children are bereft of a mother's love, guidance and affectionate care. To them as well as the afflicted husband the deep sympathy of the whole community goes out in tenderness, knowing that the grief that has come to them is almost unbearable. Ethel Taylor was born at King Lynn, Lincolnshire, England, in 1884. She was married to Frank E. Hastings at Davenport, Iowa, February 25, 1910, and was the mother of three children—Lucile, Norma and Norman, the latter two being twins. Her father, two sisters, and two brothers reside in England and one brother, George Taylor, who lives in Colo. She united with the Methodist Episcopal church and remained till the end faithful to her religious convictions. Funeral services will be held from the home at 2 o'clock this afternoon, conducted by Rev. H. G. Hicks.
