Description	:	Eugene A. "Gene" Joseph, 77, died at 1:55 p.m. June 26, 2010. He was born Aug. 3, 1932, in Lima to Earl E. and Evelyn E. Schaaf Joseph, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 10, 1956, he married Lois M. Thomas, who survives in Lima. Mr. Joseph was a 1950 graduate of South High School. He was born Aug. 3, 1932, in Lima to Earl E. and Evelyn E. Schaaf Joseph, who preceded him in death. On Nov. 10, 1956, he married Lois M. Thomas, who survives in Lima. Mr. Joseph was a 1950 graduate of South High School. He proudly served in the U.S. Army as a supply sergeant in Korea from 1952 to 1954. He retired in June 1991 after 33 years with Ford Motor Co. Cherished memories of him will include his great sense of humor, his wit, his jokes and his warm personality that was apparent to everyone he met. Survivors also include a son, Timothy Eugene (Lori) Joseph, of Sidney, Neb.; and four grandsons, Alexander Shane Joseph, of Arlington, Va., Christopher Andrew Joseph, of State College, Penn., Anderson Thomas Joseph and Samuel Cameron Joseph, both of Sidney, Neb. He was preceded in death by a son, Greg Alan Joseph; and a brother, Robert Joseph. Services will begin at 10:30 a.m. Wednesday at Chiles-Laman Funeral Homes, Shawnee Chapel. Burial will be in Bluelick Cemetery.
