Carmel Medical Center. He was born Oct. 7, 1909, at Cherokee, to Elmer and Augusta (Imhof) Bosler. He was a lifetime resident of southeast Kansas. Mr. Bosler entered into the U.S. Army, serving in World War II from April 28, 1941 to Oct. 14, 1943. He was self-employed as a radio repaiman and was a member of the Masonic Lodge of Cherokee. Survivors include a guardian, Ellen Berger of Frontenac, who provided for his care. He is preceded in death by a brother, Elmer Don Bosler, and a sister, Thelma Irene Thomas. Graveside services will be at 10 a.m. Saturday at the Cherokee City Cemetery with Mrs. Mary Lou Thompson giving the eulogy. Priestley Ridley American Legion Post No. 35 will give the military rites. Friends may call at their convenience after 3 p.m. today at the Bath-Naylor Funeral Home.
