Description	:	Eugene Milton Dodrill, who died in Lincoln, May 31, at the age of 66, was born to Mr. and Mrs. John W. Dodrill on a farm east of Prairie Home, Nebraska, December 24, 1877 and had lived in that community all his life. On June 5, 1912, he was married to Julia Mayer, and to them were born a son and three daughters. A prosperous farmer, he also took an active part in community affairs. Read More	Eugene Milton Dodrill, who died in Lincoln, May 31, at the age of 66, was born to Mr. and Mrs. John W. Dodrill on a farm east of Prairie Home, Nebraska, December 24, 1877 and had lived in that community all his life. On June 5, 1912, he was married to Julia Mayer, and to them were born a son and three daughters. A prosperous farmer, he also took an active part in community affairs. At the time of his death he was president of the Farmer's Bank at Prairie Home, president of the Prairie Home Co-Operative company, of which he was a charter member, and president of the Prairie Home Methodist Church board. An active official board member for many years, he was one of the promoters of the new church building. Always interested in education, Mr. Dodrill worked his way thru Havelock High School and Lincoln Business College. All of his children were given a university education. He is survived by his wife, Julia; son, George Ellsworth of St. Louis, Missouri; three daughters, Mrs. Mary Sampson of Syracuse, Nebraska; and Mabel and Mildred of Lincoln, Nebraska and three grandchildren. Also surviving are his stepmother, Mrs. Mary Dodrill; three brothers, Art, Will and John; and two sisters. Mrs Rebecca Dahlitz and Mrs. Ann Chambers, all of California and an aunt, Mrs. A.B.
