She was born Feb. 11, 1907, in Canada, and attended schools there. The former Georgina E. Gould married Basil Ladner, Nov. 26, 1927, in Detroit; he died in 1957. She attended St. Brigid's Catholic Church. She leaves a son, Carl (Ty) Ladner of Midland; a daughter, Ann Frey of Lathrop Village; brothers, John Gould of Detroit and Leo Gould of West Branch; 13 granchildren; and three great grandchildren. Gould married Basil Ladner, Nov. 26, 1927, in Detroit; he died in 1957. She attended St. Brigid's Catholic Church. She was preceded in death by a son John Ladner, in 1977. Prayers will be said at the Ware-Smith-Woolever & Co. Funeral Home at 9:30 a.m. Thursday, with a Mass of Christian Burial to follow at 10 a.m., at St. Brigid's Catholic Church. The Rev. Father Greg Schimdt will officiate and burial will be in Beaverton Cemetery. A Christian wake service will be held at 7 p.m. Wednesday at the funeral home. Friends may call at the funeral home from 3 to 9 p.m. Wednesday, where the family will be present from 3 to 5 p.m. and 7 to 9 p.m. Memorials are suggested to St. Brigid's Catholic Church or to the donor's favorite charity.
