She was married to Solomon Shawver on September 12, 1880, and after a conjugal life of but little more than four years, her husband died October 18, 1884. On October 6, 1889, she was married to Rev Alby Kite, no children were born to this union, but they have been foster parents to Mr Dale Jenkins. The deceased is survived by a husband, a brother Frank Barger and seven sisters as follows: Mesdames Jane Norman, Ida Neff, Mary Neal, Etna Bodey, Emme Stembel, Anna Pence and Della Jenkins.
