Description	:	Eva Mayer (Job) was born to John Katherina (Geinger) Mayer and was the oldest of 14 children. She was born in Russia. Her family came to the United States on February 7, 1895 when Eva was just 2 years old. Eva (Mayer) Job married Jacob Job on January 12, 1912 in Jamestown, North Dakota USA. due to arrangements made by Jacob's father Ludwig Job before going back to Russia in attempting to bring the the Job family from Russia to the United States after the marriage arrangements were made in December of 1911. Her family came to the United States on February 7, 1895 when Eva was just 2 years old. Eva (Mayer) Job married Jacob Job on January 12, 1912 in Jamestown, North Dakota USA. due to arrangements made by Jacob's father Ludwig Job before going back to Russia in attempting to bring the the Job family from Russia to the United States after the marriage arrangements were made in December of 1911. Jacob Job also acquired 160 acres of farmland east of Jud, North Dakota from the 2nd U.S. Homestead Act of 1912 in which they farmed while Eva and Jacob also were blessed to have 4 children: Katherina Job Ludwig Job Ida Job Eva Job Shortly after their child Eva was born, a flu epidemic broke out. Eva was both saddened by the death of her brother was was killed in WWI on November 10, 1918 and weak still from giving birth only two weeks earlier, she passed away due to influenza on November 23, 1918 and is buried at Neudorf Cemetary, Logan County, Streeter, North Dakota, USA. She died as a young mother on November 23, 1918, in North Dakota, at the age of 25.
