Description	:	JONESVILLE - Evelyn Gault Garner Pelham, 92, of 139 Lybrand St., Jonesville, widow of James Pelham, died Sunday June 6, 2004, at the home of her daughter. M r s. Pelham was born in Kelton, Nov. 20, 1911, a daughter of the late Hoyle and Hattie Estelle Gault Gault. She was retired from Milliken & Co., Lockhart Plant and formerly worked at Bogan's Party Shop and Cafe in Jonesville. Read More	JONESVILLE - Evelyn Gault Garner Pelham, 92, of 139 Lybrand St., Jonesville, widow of James Pelham, died Sunday June 6, 2004, at the home of her daughter. M r s. Pelham was born in Kelton, Nov. 20, 1911, a daughter of the late Hoyle and Hattie Estelle Gault Gault. She was retired from Milliken & Co., Lockhart Plant and formerly worked at Bogan's Party Shop and Cafe in Jonesville. Mrs. Pelham was a member of Foster's Chapel United Methodist Church and was first married to the late Johnny Sidney Garner. Surviving are two daughters, Carolyn G. Taylor of Fayetteville, N.C. and Barbara G. Kirby of Jonesville; a son, John David Garner of Jonesville; two sisters, Merle G. Harvey and Lerline G. Haney, both of Union; nine grandchildren, 23 great-grandchildren and four great-great-grandchildren. Mrs. Pelham was predeceased by a daughter, Gail Garner Bogan. Funeral services will be held at 1:30 p.m. Tuesday at Foster's Chapel United Methodist Church by the Rev. Keith Sweat and the Rev. Jesse Ham. Burial will be in the Mt. Joy Baptist Church Cemetery. Active pallbearers will be John Garner Jr., Mark Garner, Mike Kirby, Bobby Kirby Jr., Monty Joe Bogan Jr., and Gary Frost. The body will remain at the funeral home where the family will receive friends tonight from 7 until 9 and will be placed in the church at 12:30 p.m. Tuesday to await the hour of service.
