Description	:	Mrs. Evelyn Berry Henderson, 87, of Boiling Springs went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. She was the widow of Wallace B. Henderson who died in 2005. Mrs. Henderson was a native of Spartanburg County and a daughter of the late Claude and Grace Davis Berry. She was a member of Boiling Springs 1st Baptist Church where she was the Religious Education Director for over 35 years. Read More	Mrs. Evelyn Berry Henderson, 87, of Boiling Springs went home to be with the Lord on Tuesday, August 25, 2015. She was the widow of Wallace B. Henderson who died in 2005. Mrs. Henderson was a native of Spartanburg County and a daughter of the late Claude and Grace Davis Berry. She was a member of Boiling Springs 1st Baptist Church where she was the Religious Education Director for over 35 years. She served as general Sunday School outreach Director, she sang in the Church choir for over 50 years. She was the first Coordinator for Mobile Meals volunteers in Boiling Springs, also served as Migrant Missions Committee Chairman, the Church historian and was Boiling Spring 1st Baptist Mission Center Coordinator. She is survived by a daughter and son-in-law: Amanda Gay Henderson and Christopher Wheeler of Boiling Springs; and a sister: Mary Sue Berry Smith of Boiling Springs. She was predeceased by sisters: Mildred Grace Berry and Pat Berry Byrum. Visitation will be held on Thursday from 6:00 to 8:00 p.m. at Boiling Springs 1st Baptist Church. Funeral services will be conducted at 2:00 p.m. on Friday, August 28, 2015 at Boiling Springs 1st Baptist Church officiated by Rev. Dr. Hank Williams, Rev. Bobby Lindsey and Dr. Jim Goodroe. Interment will be in the Church cemetery. Memorials may be made to the Building Fund, Boiling Springs 1st Baptist Church, 3600 Boiling Springs Road, Boiling Springs, SC 29316 or to Mobile Meals, P.
