She was born on Nov. 18, 1921, in Luray and was a daughter of the late Welby Lee Sampsell and Lillian Lanham Sampsell Hamilton. Mrs. Wiatrowski was employed as a textile worker for Avtex for 20 years. She was a member of Our Lade of the Valley Catholic Church. On Jan. 4, 1940, she married Bernard Wiatrowski Jr., who died on Oct 13, 1997. She is survived by three sons, Thomas B. 'Tommy' Wiatrowski of Luray, John C.
