She is survived by two sons and daughters-in-law, Darryl and Ellen Vance and Austin and Rhonda Vance; two daughters and one son-in-law, Tina Runyon and Frances and Jay Swanzy; two sisters, Dorothy Dillon and Shirley Wilson; six grandchildren, William Austin Vance II, Patrick Justin Vance, Brad Vance, Miranda Evelyn Chapman, Laura Michelle Neel and Edward Allen Neel II; seven great-grandchildren, Tucker Vance, Tyler Vance, Justin Chapman, Timothy Chapman, Nathan Chapman, Elijah Neel and Katheryn Neel. Friends may visit from 6 to 8 p.m. Wednesday, March 12, 2008, at Heck Funeral Home, Milton. In lieu of flowers, family has requested donations be sent to the Porterville Baptist Church.
