Description	:	Obituary Fannie Mae Aylward, daughter of Francis Marion and Cannarissa Ellen Aylward, was born near Brock, Missouri, October 7, 1888, where she spent her entire live. She passed away at the Van Buren Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua, Iowa, Sunday evening, April 28, 1974. On February 3, 1914, she was united in marriage to Ernest McDaniel who passed away February 15, 1971. Read More	Obituary Fannie Mae Aylward, daughter of Francis Marion and Cannarissa Ellen Aylward, was born near Brock, Missouri, October 7, 1888, where she spent her entire live. She passed away at the Van Buren Memorial Hospital in Keosauqua, Iowa, Sunday evening, April 28, 1974. On February 3, 1914, she was united in marriage to Ernest McDaniel who passed away February 15, 1971. To this union were born two children, Eva Madeline Simerl, who passed away February 12, 1967, and Dale who looked tenderly after her since the death of her husband. She leaves to mourn her passing her son, Dale and wife Beulah; two grandsons, Richard and wife Donna and Dean Simerl; two sisters, Pearl Shelley and Irma Enness; and two brothers, John and Jesse all of Memphis; besides nieces and nephews, also brother-in-law, Everett McDaniel and wife of Ottumwa, Iowa; and other relatives and many friends. She was a devoted wife and mother. Her suffering was intense and she bore it as patiently as she could. She was of a family of nine children. Those who have gone on before are Della Rugh, Stott, Loyd, Roy, and an infant sister; and three half sisters, Mrs. Edna Crabbs, Mrs. Emma Stoner of Enid, Oklahoma; and Mrs. O.E. Cunningham of Memphis. She united with the Methodist Church at Brock when she was a young girl, and she attended as often as she could. Funeral services were conducted by D.W. Payne & Sons Wednesday, May 1, 1974, at 2:00 p.m. from the Brock Methodist Church with Rev. Michael Barrett officiating. Pianist was Mrs. Olive Bull and soloist was Mrs. Sarah Myers. Pall bearers were Dean Simerl, Virgil Hyde, Lee Aylward, Marion Aylward, Mack Kutzner, and Chan Bull. Interment was in the Brock Cemetery.
