Description	:	FEDERALSBURG, Md. — Faye Alice Cecil of Federalsburg passed away Friday, March 3, 2006, in Memorial Hospital at Easton. She was 64. Mrs. Cecil was born Dec. 11, 1941, in Federalsburg, daughter of the late David Mitchell and Lula Messick. She was a 1959 graduate of Federalsburg High School. Mrs. Cecil delivered newspapers for the Star Democrat for 15 years and was the former owner, along with her husband, of Bowen's Radiator Shop in Seaford. Read More	FEDERALSBURG, Md. — Faye Alice Cecil of Federalsburg passed away Friday, March 3, 2006, in Memorial Hospital at Easton. She was 64. Mrs. Cecil was born Dec. 11, 1941, in Federalsburg, daughter of the late David Mitchell and Lula Messick. She was a 1959 graduate of Federalsburg High School. Mrs. Cecil delivered newspapers for the Star Democrat for 15 years and was the former owner, along with her husband, of Bowen's Radiator Shop in Seaford. She also was a homemaker who truly enjoyed her grandchildren and her great-granddaughters. Mrs. Cecil was a past member of the Ladies Auxiliary of Federalsburg Volunteer Fire Co., where she was a past officer of every position. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by two brothers, James Messick and Richard Mitchell. She is survived by her husband of nearly 46 years, Claude L. Cecil; a daughter and son-in-law, Joy L. and Bill Murray of Federalsburg; a son and daughter-in-law, Scott L. and Patti Cecil of Seaford; three grandchildren, Brent A. Toomey and his wife, Jenny, of Hurlock, and Nicholas E. Murray and Angelina Murray, both of Federalsburg; a stepgrandson, Jason Miller of Salisbury; two great-granddaughters, Mackenzie Toomey and Brianna Toomey, both of Hurlock; two brothers, William Messick of Seaford and Eugene Murphy of Texas; and several nieces and nephews. Services will be 2 p.m. Friday in Framptom Funeral Home, Federalsburg, where friends may call one hour earlier. The Rev. Denzil Cheek will officiate.
